Review : Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi

May be I was just waiting for some megastar struck Movie to arrive at Box-Office to prolong my journey of movie reviews.

Though there hasn’t been any review written since Kidnap , I’ve had my share of experiences with movies like Heroes( a clichéd subject with a unique screenplay), Fashion( a well researched and well portrayed  treat for the audience),Quantum Of Solace(The worst Bond movie I’ve seen till date), Dasvidaniya( a simple message combined with an exceptional performance),  Dostana( wonderful comic timings followed by a weak emotional second half)and Oye Lucky Lucky Oye( a simple movie aimed at middle class genre).

And this week saw the release of the third Movie from the hit Jodi of Aditya Chopra and Sharukh Khan- Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. The expectations were high taking into the consideration that Sharukh Khan had not been seen on the silver screen for a long time and so did Aditya Chopra behind the cameras. It didn’t prove to be a treat but King Khan definitely proved what it takes to win the heart of the audience with a splendid role as Mr. Surinder Sahini.

The story first. Surinder Sahini (Sharukh) is a typical govt. Employee working in Punjab power and gets married to Tanii (Anushka) in unusual circumstances following the death of anuska’s fiancée. Tanii tries hard to settle down into new environment as Mr. Sahini is ready to give all the space she needs and is happy carrying the tiffin and dancing on the streets. Tanii one day decides to take part in a Dancing Jodi competition  and Mr. Sahini on the other hand converts into his alter ego RAJ(with the help of his best friend Bobby(Vinay Pathak)) to see her dancing and to make her fall in love with him.Mr. Sahini keeps altering b/w Raj and himself with Tanii not aware of this and she starts falling in love with Raj.Mr. Sahini instead wants her to be in love with the original Mr.Sahini and the final turn of events is what to watch out for!!

The Verdict-It’s a not so well written plot carried beautifully by Sharukh Khan. He gels into the character of Surinder Sahini that people can’t stop laughing on every of his acts and start identifying with Him. On the other hand his alter ego Raj just lets him down. It’s not a well written Jat character which actually puts doubts in the mind of audience of how unrealistic this movie goes on to be. Anushka has done a fair job suiting the role of a desi house wife girl but probably she would’ve needed an alter ego too for the hip-hop part. You just don’t seem to cry with her or even sympathize with her. Vinay Pathak does a splendid work as always and provides an extra ordinary chemistry with Sharukh (better than Sharukh- Anushka). The movie doesn’t taste romantic due to the thanda chemistry between Anushka and Sharukh. The direction is not as special as expected and falls flat on the story. The movie has a boring first half with only some hilarious experiences with Mr. Sahini and picks up the momentum in second half with the story moving in some direction but the highs and lows keep altering as does Mr. Khan with his original and alter ego. The end of the movie (literally, the time of casting) is one of the funniest I’ve seen in years and proves yet again why the King Khan is the King of bollywood.Mr. Chopra seems to realise too late that the only thing holding this movie is Mr. Surinder Sahini’s character but it might not prove too late since the audience comes out of the halls smiling the way through that character. The music is good (which seems to be now characteristic of Salim-Suleiman duo) supported by some good dance choreographed by Shiamik dawar. The screenplay, cinematography and other technical aspects are just fine with plenty of mistakes.

To Go or Not- A onetime watch especially for Sharukh Khan’s wonderful portrayal as Surinder Sahini. Ignore the emotional melodrama and watch out for the hilarious moments.

Movie Review: Kidnap

WOW! it's been long since an activity last occurred on this blog.No reasons in particular though....seriously yaar even i don't know what happened..... it's just that sometimes the number of unsorted things keep piling up and u keep ignoring them until u realize that u can't proceed until u sort them out.....fundas!!!

Nyways even on the movie front- I've been watching some great movies... a treat to watch movies like ROCK ON!!( an exuberant movie), A WEDNESDAY(sensational stuff),TAHAAN( a cinematographic treat) and 1920( A good horror attempt).

I hoped the brilliant movie streak would follow but ALAS! Imran Khan who impressed us all with a brilliant performance in Jaane Tu... decided to change his chocolate boy image and land in a brave villainous role in the dhoom series director Sanjay Gadhvi's latest directorial venture KIDNAP, a movie which was rumoured to be a copy of Mel Gibson starrer Ransom(1996). The movie also features Sanjay Dutt, Minisha Lamba and Vidya Malvade (Chak De Goalie). The movie was expected to have a strong competition from the Junior B starrer DRONA but the latter falling on its head made the task easier for this not so exceptional thriller flick.

The story first."First things first- Nothing at all similar to Ransom" . The movie starts with a cartoonic flashback of a boy in jail and his hard life and as the movie starts we can see manisha lamba singing a song on streets of bombay wearing something( seriously just something....) . All she asks for her 18th b'day , due in 18 days is to see her father , Mr. Vikrant Raina (Sanjay Dutt), who divorced her mother Mallika Raina (Vidya Malvade), which in turn leads to an argument with her mother and sonia leaves for a swimming like activity in an open sea. She gets Kidnapped by Kabir Choudhary (Imraan) and he asks Vikrant Raina to play a game with him to win her daughter back. And thus begins a thrilling journey of an Arrogant selfish man Vikrant Raina who still cant figure out who is behind this kidnapping and a villainous Kabir who is in full flow to take a revenge for something that changed his life a decade ago.He tells Raina what to do and Raina has no other option but to oblige him. If Raina completes every task successfully his daughter lives, if he leaves even one task incomplete...... And Kabir is watching his every move.... Kabir masterminds a series of events and circumstances that force Raina to commit crimes. But will he be able to save his daughter and make himself a criminal , a tag he put on Kabir certain years ago or will he eventually tell Police and follow a safe path. These all events lead to an end very few could think of and a story line which is bound to keep u on the edge.

Now the  verdict.Bad Job director. After making the bikes look sexier than Uday chopra in Dhoom , Sanjay Gadhvi fails to lend his magic touch to this thriller which could have been an exceptional one had not its script faulted. The script seems going down every time there's a peak and that's the difference between good and bad. Editing not at all good, though screenplay is able to lift the movie at intervals. Imraan Khan impresses with his performance and is well assisted by Sanjay Dutt who sometimes over do his attitude(not sure whether that's in the script or not).Vidya disappoints large time... No expression...Bad dialogue delivery...not at all suited.Biggest disappointment Minisha Lamba- Her Job- OOmph factor. She wears minimal clothes in the movie.Awful dialogue delivery . Every scene seems her having a seductive motive. Not at all suited for the character. Bad character portrayal - the casting crew cud have done better !! The story line is good with loads of uncertainty and surely has some potential. The music is OK....Pritam da seems losing touch (ki holo pritam dada?) . Most of the songs not required. Do stay in the hall for the Mit Jaayein no. in the end. Overall it is a nice flick let down by bad editing and chracter portrayal.

To Go Or Not To Go- A good time pass and even more coz Drona is pathetic in all terms. All the satyromaniacs , go watch minisha lamba. Don't expect wonders and don't compare it with Hollywood flicks and u might enjoy!

My Rating - 2/5

Ps- 1) finally after much hard work I've been able to keep my blog alive

Movie Review: Singh Is Kinng

It’s been a long time since something happened on my blog so I decided to give u all the review for the much anticipated movie “Singh Is Kinng” which I truly expected would enhance my weekend but the tables always seem to turn around when u expect them to stay standstill. The movie which is expected to become the biggest comical blockbuster and whose music was already topping the charts carried (and still does for someone) a lot of weight of the self created hyper-hype (nice word na?).

More than the dissapointment from the director what struck was the fact that the certain parts of movie turned out to be pakau despite having Akshay kumar.

The story first. Lucky Singh (Sonu Sood) is a king of a criminal gang, heading a team of other sardar criminals and Julie(Neha Dhupia). The gang is based in Australia. Happy Singh is a pure-at-heart sikh living in a village in India and always does something that results in chaos or loss of property in the village. The other residents of village have an idea and send Happy and Rangeela (Om Puri) to Australia to bring Lucky back. They both eventually reach Australia after some misunderstandings but are unable to convince lucky to go back. The story takes a turn when Lucky gets paralysed and happy is made the king. Also Happy who has fallen in love with Katrina (screen name forgotten...) wants her to be happy and has to organize Katrina’s and her boyfriend Ranvir Shorey’s marriage. Whether the marriage takes place and is Happy able to bring the criminals to the right path is what to see for.

The movie is a brainless masala. It’s the SQ (silliness quotient) which scores the highest as the crowds still fiddle with the question of what’s going on. The humour lacks in parts where it could have been substantially been present.Akshay Kumar seems to have been given the responsibility of tickling the funny bone. The other characters too provide a couple a hilarious dialogues and scenes in both the halves but it is far below the expectations created by the hype of movie makers. The story is there and is good keeping in view the sentiments of sardars .The movie surely scores in giving sardars various valuable lessons. First half seems more interesting and the movie seems to be stretched in the second half thanks to the hopeless performance of Ranvir Shorey. Dude where’s ur comic timing??The veterans Om Puri and Kiron Kher do a commendable Job though Om Puri seems to overdo some dialogues in the film. Katrina Kaif looks as beautiful as ever and that’s what she’s there in the movie for. She obv. disappoints with her dialogue delivery. The rest including Javed Jaffery have done a fair job. The locations shot on are extremely beautiful and the cinematography seems cool. The screenplay and direction have their flaws and is highlighted by the BQ (boring quotient) that gets to ur limit sometimes. The music seems to be the saviour for the film (though the much hyped- 2 –crore Snoop Dog song disappoints big tym). The music is brilliant and is def. foot tapping but u have been hearing the songs for a month now and don’t need to spend hundred bucks just to catch a glimpse of them when they can be seen for free on YouTube as well as on our TV sets.

To Go Or Not- A must watch for the sardars who’ll surely enjoy this flick. For the rest go watch it for Akshay Kumar or Katrina Kaif (whoever is ur fav.).If none of them is Go and Watch if u r vela and ur family needs an outing

Movie Review : Kismat Konnection

The Last Friday saw the release of Kismat Konnection, the first shahid kapur movie post his break up. And the question which loomed over everyone’s mind was will it suffer the same fate as the first kareena post breakup movie(read Tashan) or will the veteran Aziz mirza prove to be a lucky charm for both shahid and vidya balan(read behenji)?

As usual the story first. Raj (shahid) is a brilliant student during college but after five years he’s still unable to be recognized in the world of architechture. He’s a victim of bad luck to an extent that a person dies before he has a meeting with Raj. He finally gets a chance to prove his talent but the chance seems fading away and raj decides to go to an astrologist cum consultant Hasina Banu Jaan (Juhi Chawla) who suggests him to find a lucky charm for himself. After various fights wid Priya (Vidya), a stranger he met in the parking lot, he realizes she’s the lucky charm and has to always keep her besides him so that everything fells in place. Priya is a typical anti-mall activist, the mall which is to be constructed at the cost of dispensary run by her and her BF.Raj and his friend Hemant (vishal) are trying their luck to get the contract for the mall but at the same time need vidya balan besides her. As the story unfolds Vidya balan comes to know about his Bf’s other affair and shahid falls in love wid her. What follows next is a typical Hindi movie.

Though parts of the movie have been borrowed from a couple of English flicks, the story has been given a creative input by the veteran director. The movie which is desperately attempted to be an entertainer, fails to impress only at a few moments and comedy at most parts seems slap- stick. Performance wise shahid does a decent job, obviously below expectations after the sensation Jab We Met performance. Vidya balan doesn seem to do justice to the role (and still seems to be struggling with her awful wardrobes) and the casting crew surely cud hv done a better job. Vishal stands out as the only person wid a comic performance but rightfully seems out of touch. The amazing actors-Om Puri and Juhi Chawla deserved better roles but surely are able to do justice to the instructions being given by the Director. The movie which has been entirely shot in Canada fails completely in terms of cinematography and screen play. The direction is fine but surely the expectations from Mirza are great and this movie doesn live up to his standards. The only savior seems to be the music .The music which has been on the chart busters since the release consist of some exceptional numbers including atif aslam’s Bakhuda.Though a couple of songs are either untimely or unwanted the music still remains to be the best part of the movie.

To Go Or Not- A typical Hindi film which is a time pass for all those who do not have anything better to do. And not advised to be watched after Dark Knight. KK is too weak to even stand in front of the Batman Flick.

My Rating: 1.75/5

Movie Review:Hancock

Yes It’s another Will smith movie and after the grand opening world wide its here in India. The boring weekend which actually saw the release of couple of English flicks and the not so good crap Mehbooba was expected to lighten up by this “different” superhero flicks. And so r the expectations from the most powerful man in Hollywood. The movie however doesn live up to its expectations and result in a let down for me.

The story is simple and has been tried to be complicated at times along the lines “fate doesn decide everything” and “all’s not physics”. Hancock (will smith) is an alcohol addict superhero, actually just a man with super powers whom the people don’t consider to be a hero becoz of his attitude and way of working. He doesn care about what people think of him and lives his life in a disgraceful manner. He continues saving life of people along with destroying millions of public infrastructure. One fine day he runs into Ray (Jason Bateman), A PR agent who has Charlize Theron as his hubby. He is determined to change Hancock’s public image and convinces Hancock to play along with him. Hancock goes to jail and does learn the art of decency and actually becomes a people-loving superhero until he meets one of his kinds. He comes to know about his centuries long life and the movie moves into a sloppy climax.

The good part of the movie is that it’s not another comic book superhero tale. It depicts superhero in a new form. Will smith is able to bring life into the character but gets monotonous at times. There r moments of fun but they r really restricted and cheesy. Acting is just about fine from rest of the characters. The movie is good if compared to the desi ones but doesn live up to the Hollywood expectations with a useless story line which gets into a literal crap in the second half. The movie especially the second half doesn get right into ur head and all u wish is the movie to end and it does end abruptly with a useless climax. The direction and the screenplay are not that good to watch out for and all in all it appears to be a useless flick with will smith only being the reason to watch out for.

To Go or Not-
All the superhero lovers shud go and watch .A tp(timepass) for the rest and I TRULY suggest to give a Hindi version(I haven’t seen) a try coz it appears to have better comic dialogues than the original flick.

My rating-1.5/5

Movie Review :Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na

Yes its finally here. The first non Aamir khan starrer Aamir khan production introducing his nephew Imran Khan is finally out and so is the verdict. The movie promises to provide the freshness to the youth who have been on the complaining end for not getting a Worth seeing love story for so long. The movie which was feared to face stiff competition from Love story 2050 seems to be the winner no only bcoz the latter one came out to be as dud but also becoz of the way Jaane Tu.... is portrayed. The movie which seems to move in a roller coaster way gives a new look to a simple yet sweet love story.

As usual the story first. Jai(Imran) and Aditi(Genelia) are best friends among the group of 6. They both value their friendship more than anything else with a unique pair of a non-violent sweet Jai and Violent, aggressive and tough Aditi. Aditi is a daughter of a rich parents and sister of a non working lonely brother Amit while Jai is the son of late Amar Singh Rathod(Naseerudin Shah) , the king of Ranjhor and Savitri(Ratna pathak) who doesn want his son to be like his father and argues everyday with the portrait of her dead husband. Their closeness makes everyone think that they are in love but they strongly deny it. They even decide to setup dates for each other. Jai finds Meghna and their love starts to bloom but Aditi starts to feel insecure and is still unsure why is that.Aditi also finds someone a tough guy in the form of Sushant but is still unhappy and doesn realize that she's in love with Jai.Meanwhile Jai's father wishes that his son completes the three conditions reqd. to be a true Rathod. What happens when they both finally realize this and whether they finally confess about it or not is what u all have to watch for.

Now the main part of the verdict. The story is a simple one but the way it’s shown brings a whole lot of freshness in it .The whole bunch of debutants provide the youthness to the movie. Imran delivers an honest performance and provides some mind blowing scenes along with some not so good ones. Genelia seems good in the first half but lacks the brilliance in emotional scenes but will surely improve and seems to have a good future in the industry. The rest of the gang is brilliant and the best part is the chemistry amongst them. The jai-Aditi chemistry is mind blowing. One of the best performances of the movie is given by the real life couple Naseerudin and Ratna. They provide some mind blowing scenes and lift the movie whenever it seems sinking.Another person to look out for is Prateik Babbar who plays Aditi's brother and delivers a mind blowing performance with some outstanding expressions. The other guest appearances are good and the one to look out for are that of the khan brothers who have been equipped with some awesome lines. The dialogues are good (expected from Abbas tyrewala) and the direction is fine despite some amateurish clichés. The movie provides some really great moments which make u smile and give u moments which make u feel sleepy .The movie is definitely youth oriented and does succeed to keep u smiling for most part of it .The music is good and it makes complete sense with the sequence of events. Good job Mr. Rahman! The problem comes in the story and some monotonous sequence of events .The movie doesn seem to be well edited and the direction seems to let the movie down in between. Despite some good performances, u r made to see some “debutant” type actings and are made to compromise since most of the characters are not so established in the industry. Another problem is the climax. Though it seems to end on a funny note but it’s the typical Airport cliché sequence and could have been improved .The cinematography is not great either. The movie is definitely not for all genres and is strictly a NO for the emotional cinema liking people. All in all it’s a one time watchable cute –fresh love story with some good debut performances.

To Go Or Not-A must watch for the people in affair and for most of the youth. One time watchable for the rest.U won’t be disappointed with it

Movie Review : Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic

The week saw the release of the much awaited-low publicized Kunal Kohli’s third film Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic. The director decided to bring the hit Saif –Rani Duo back together after their superhit film Hum Tum and despite the disastrous Ta Ra Rum Pum. The movie which has been inspired by a couple of English flicks is a just another attempt to redefine magic and associate it with kids.

The story first. It starts with a business man Ranbir (Saif), convicted of killing a couple while driving his BMW and the court passing a landmark judgement instructing him to take care of the four children who have been orphaned due to that. The four kids along with a dog and a hamster start living with Ranbir seeking revenge. They try to disrupt his living in every aspect of his life. After a few fights and the both parties asking god for help, GOD (Rishi Kapoor) sends his favourite Pari Geeta (Rani) to help kids and Ranbir unite. She takes the job as a nanny and then begins the tutorial. Using her magic she is able to make each kid but the eldest to realize that Ranbir is seriously sorry for his deeds. Along with that she makes Ranbir realize the way and importance of loving kids. Saif’s girlfriend Mallaika (Amisha patel) is shown as a dumbo and given a glamourous look. The eldest of the kids Vashishtha (Akshat) is still not able to forgive Ranbir but finally does crack up. Ranbir starts loving Geeta but Geeta is a Pari and cannot live on earth forever. What happens then u’ll have to watch for!!
The first half is a disaster. It is only magic and no story. The half is driven only by the animations and special affects for the kids. The director shows a desperate effort to please every section of the society. A hot bikini song “lazy lamhe” seems to be a weak minded effort since the movie was expected to be a family entertainer. The story is not good and the viewer is supposed to leave his brains at home. It seems a must watch for kids with the kind of teachings the movie gives. The director seems helpless incorporating the emotional scenes for the adults. The desperation seems more evident with the mention of project tiger, Indo-pak war and references to freedom struggle. The main stress has been given to special affects and not on the shots and screenplay. The direction seems below the kunal kohli standard. Acting wise Saif has done an exceptional job with limited dialogues and more expressions. The kids adapt to their role brilliantly. The jwm inspired character GEETA (from geet) fails to live up to the expectations with an over magnified role. She suits to the character but is not able to do complete justice to it .Amisha patel looks a complete dumbo in the movie with the excessive glamourous look. The other characters do a fine job but a blooper seems to have occurred with the dog and hamster disappearing as soon as rani’s entry (probably meneka Gandhi took them away). The music has been composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy trio and is not amongst their best. The best song "pyaar ke liye" has been used excessively and is completely unwanted. The only version where the song seems appropriate is the time when the full song is played. In addition to that the other tracks I wont mind giving my ear to are "nihaal ho gayi" and the raunchy "lazy lamhe".The rest sound tracks are crap and unwanted. What again impresses more from the songs are the "Prasoon joshi lyrics". The first half is magic and second half is pyaar. All in all it sums up to an average –must watch kids film.

To go or not- let’s face it. It’s childish. A must watch for kids and jobless adults who have a liking for special effects. For the rest it’s an average movie and is not recommended strongly for the youth

Rating -2.5/5

Movie review : Aamir

After much speculations and news about the low budget debutant Rajeev Khandelwal’s movie AAMIR, I decided to treat my eyes with the movie and it surely proved to be a worthy treat. Director Raj Kumar Gupta’s debut venture surely exceeds its expectations and can be truly classified as one of the low budget wonders. The unexpected nature of the movie also adds to already brilliant perfection. My favourite dialogue" Karana to London mein tha par tu yahan aa gaya( wanted it to happen in London but u came here)" best sums up what the movie aims at.

The movie who’s tagline being “Kaun Kehta Hai, Aadmi Apni Kismat Khud Likhta Hai? (Who says that man scripts his own destiny by himself?)” is a one man show where Mr. Khandelwal doesn’t let u down. The movie starts with an “old English movie” type beginning and gets in the right tone as soon as the third frame and then begins the battle of destiny. Aamir Ali (Rajeev) is a doctor who just arrives back from London to be with his family. Right from the point where custom officer checks his bag thrice the director strikes a correct note. Aamir is handed a cell phone at the theatre and is asked to follow the instructions so as to get his family back. Shown as an asthma patient he is made to run almost during the whole movie. The instructions take him to the slums of Bombay (oops Mumbai….sorry Raj bhai) making him realize the pathetic condition in which the Muslims are living in the hub of the country. He is asked to deliver a bag full of money to a location but the bag gets stolen by some snatchers and what follows next is a story which tries to expose terrorism from its roots. Aamir has to decide who controls his destiny –He or the person on the other side of the phone.

The best feature of the movie has to be the acting. Carrying the weight of a whole movie is no joke and he answers his critics with a splendid perfect emotioned acting. He truly lives the character despite the hard hitting concept and his inexperience with the movies. The director and the cinematographer have done an excellent work shooting in areas unseen or unheard of. The main reason why the story is able to convey its message is the shot location and the screenplay of the movie. The editing is good and is solely responsible for the short duration of the movie. Debutant music director Amit trivedi has given some lovely numbers for the promotion of the movie but fails to capture the background in the movie with some tracks having lyrics not required completely. It’s a well crafted fast paced movie with slight errors partly due to the sudden slow nature of some scenes. The only thing I didn’t like was the long ultra- slow mo last scene which could have been dealt better with.

All in all it’s a must watch with some splendid performances and cinematography never witnessed before.
My rating: 3.5/5

Movie Review : Sarkar Raj

A much awaited sequel to the "God father " inspired Sarkar(2005) in which Subhash Nagare(Amitabh Bachchan) redefined the Indian politics by posing an indecisive resemblance to the Shiv Sena head.RGV, after a hat-trick of flops with Nishabd,RGV ki aag and Darling needed a much needed breather which he gets in the form of this film.

A movie which sees the Bachchan trio together for the first time after the marriage of the unlikely duo, starts from where the last one ends.Shankar (Abhishek) has taken over the reign from his dad and proves to be better than his dad in leadership qualities and better political understanding. Both Shankar and Subhash r seen to be immensely concerned over the progress of Maharashtra which is shown in a respect to give Raj Thackrey an answer to his criticism of the family.Moving on the movie introduces a highly business oriented Anita Rajan(Aishwarya) and his profit oriented dad Mike(Victor Banerjee) who plan to setup a power plant in Thackervari area of Maharashtra which would result in displacement of over 40,000 villagers. The power plant which is inspired by an infamous Enron project of Maharashtra seems to be in deep trouble when Sanjay Somji(Rajesh Shringarpore) ,who poses a striking resemblance the Thackrey son, ignites a state wide protest against the Nagares.Somji is the grandson of Rao Saab(Dilip Prabhavalkar, the Gandhi of LRMB fame) who is shown as the mentor of Sarkar and responsible for the latter's current fame and position.Hassan Qazi(Govind Namdeo) who is the new villain as usual tries to establish himself at the cost of sarkar and his son.

After the less story oriented first half, the second half turns to be a well made and brilliantly crafted half with everything slowly falling in line and making sense. The events unfold at fast pace and characterization is as brilliant as it can be.Amitabh is the perfect blend of power and emotions and is equally matched with Abhishek who tries to match his dad's intensity and succeeds quite a few no. of times. As like its predecessor this one has some very impressive one-liners accompanied by a loud yet brilliant background score. The unique style of RGV direction proves to be a key factors along with the perfect characterization of roles(and the flawless Amitabh Bachchan).Aishwarya delivers a fine performance and could have done better comparing with the other two of the trio. The cinematography is brilliant with some brilliantly taken shots. The movie is let down by a couple of basic mistakes which don't seem to catch the eye of audience during the 125 min intense thriller.RGV seems to be back on track and is also helped by some typically good performances by the rest of villains and a brilliant Rajesh Shringarpore. The movie surely will get success at the box-office but the question about Sarkar 3 still remains unanswered.

TO GO OR NOT: A must watch. SARKAR RAJ, is an understated approach of the powerful machinations of those wanting to grab a piece of the pie.

MY RATING: 4.0 / 5
